Beijing roasted ducks is so delicious! And delicious desserts, beautiful environment ! Highly recommend !

Came here on a Monday around 4:30 PM to enjoy Happy Hour! We loved the discounted Peking Duck and appreciated that we could take the duck rack home. The thin wraps were delicately made and paired perfectly with the thinly sliced duck skin and meat. The sugar provided to eat with the fatty skin was a nice touch--very authentic, just like in Beijing! We also ordered Xiaolongbao and found them very delicious--the size was bigger than at Din Tai Fung, and there was more soup inside. The Golden Chinese Buns were very crispy on the outside and delicious, though we felt there could have been more condensed milk served with the dish. Since the Happy Hour menu didn't offer many vegetables, we ordered the Golden Garlic Pea Vine from the regular menu. The cooking was skillful, but unfortunately, the pea vine wasn't at its peak freshness, making it a bit chewy. The whole restaurant has a high-class feel with its high ceilings and beautiful interiors throughout. Even the restrooms were spacious. The menu's hard copy was beautifully designed. The staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient in serving our orders. However, later during Happy Hour (which runs from 4-6 PM), it became a little difficult to get our server's attention as they got busier.

High-end Asian fusion spots always leave me a bit skeptical (I often expect overpriced, mediocre food), but honestly, I found the food here to be excellent. I arrived on a Monday night, eager to try their duck special ($58 instead of $88 for Peking Duck). **Pros:** - The duck was phenomenal. It had the perfect balance of fat and lean meat, with crispy skin, and the paper-thin pancakes and accompaniments were delightful. - The Wagyu Beef Udon Stir Fry ($24) was also exceptional and bursting with flavor. **Cons:** - We waited about an hour for our food, which left me nearly hangry. However, the quality of the food more than compensated for the wait. - 2% kitchen surcharge? Why not just pay your employees right instead of tacking this on bills and rubbing customers the wrong way, lol Polite wait staff. Stylish, high end interior.

authentic Chinese food. Dim sum has large portion Peking duck is a must try Service and environment is good

Came here with work friends to have dinner. It's convenient to get here from the Westin Bellevue. On a rainy day, the skybridge is much appreciated. Four of us shared great food, in a wonderful restaurant conducive to group conversation, and with superior service. Food was of good quality from the Salted Duck appetizer, Braised Pork Belly, Fried Black Cod, Veggie Pan Fried Noodle and Stir Fried Broccoli.
